Please fix your delivery riders! Tell them to do their job properly we have the live tracker as a customer dont fool us that you cant contact me because I received the call then after that no package came because they reported that they cannot call my number? Wtf!

Their delivery guy dropped my shipment to a wrong location without confirming with me is he’s at the right location. To make things worst, customer care service is unreacheable to file necessary complaint and they dont have staff or agent to speak with to report the problem.

This happened to me twice, i was patiently waiting in my flat for aramex driver to pick up the package but as usual always late. Then i received an email that i was not in the pick up address and rescheduled the pick up timings. Just to escape their short comings customer has to be blamed that i was not at home! This will be the last time to have aramex service, shifting to a better and professional courier.
There delivery guy just make a call and don’t speak to you then drop the call and deliver the item next day, then next day - and it almost 3 days now the same scenario am facing. Haha Good luck!
Honestly I am disappointed since morning till afternoon my delivery still not reach the pick up place very slow!
