Don't know where to start.. First the delivery was attempted to be done at 9:55pm when building doors are closed and I am already sleep. No contact was made to me. Secondly, on the app there is a button to call the delivery person. By clicking the button no number shows up and no way to contact anyone!?! Next delivery attempt was made just now. Got message that deliver has been successful. Went down to mailbox, and saw nothing. Looked around, no parcel anywhere. Checked the address and it is correct where I live and outside the building is very large letter indicating which building this is, it just cannot be missed unless driver is legally blind. And once again, no way to contact the delivery person to call and ask where did they leave the parcel.. What kind of shift company is this? Working like this in 2024? If I could give negative stars, I would. Next, tried to contact their support chat. Sent request for chat at 09:06am on their own app time. And response was "our chat is open between 9am and 8pm.. Please contact us between those times.. Well duh.. I did!! And yesterday I could not get. Single answer from chat, at all! During the whole day! Not even a message saying there might be a congestion or all of our agents are busy.. Nothing.. I say this is a Scam company.. Do not use!!

Unexpected and unacceptable rude behavior of the delivery agent, coupled with the slow response from customer support, I have decided to delete my account and will no longer use Aramex for sending or receiving shipments

After updating the app, I can not login with my email anymore. And it’s required to use mobile for logging in, then and after passing endless CAPTCHA image verification, it just keep generating error messages: Too many requests, please try again later. So I’ve tried again later with no success. The worse part is after contacting support, reporting this issue the response was your package was delivered. So I replied my issue is about logging into the app, finally no response and the app still generates the error. Total disappointment 👎
One of the worst companies in the world in customer service. Shipment received before 8 days by Springfield Gardens office in NY and until now I received nothing about it!!!! I tried to contact them through direct chat or e-mail but nothing changed
