The service is very poor. The goods will not be updated all the time, and the package will be very late.

Efficient and punctual service

Totally unprofessional as the delivery personal mark delivered but to the wrong street????!!!!! How absurd!!! Looking at the app think it was delivered but it’s NOT so misleading and time wasting. As I have to looked for it myself as I might make a mistake by missing the package!

This company delivers goods without any phone call or msg in advance, never knocking the door before they leave. Waste a lot of time,will never ever use it again.

Worest service

The delivery within Singapore took more than 2 weeks to complete. The customer service was not proactive and never schedule the delivery if you never call them (multiple times) The app keep spamming you every hour that “you are next and the courier are driving towards you” for days! And your item still not arrived Highly recommended to find other service, use this as your last resort if really nothing else
