Its not working after update when i put my phone number it goes white and never recover i have to close it and use it on web. Tried everything but the app still didnt work.

You received my package almost a month ago .. you say you will contact me once it is out for delivery ., you never deliver.. this occurred over and over and over.. till I went to your shop at mall of The Emirates and asked the employee to help.. he made connections and said the package will come today ., Again I received a message that the package is out for delivery .. then at night another message that the package is received by me (Dina) which is a straight forward lie.. I did NOT receive anything.. This is the worst courier service I ever dealt with ..

i booked a shipment pickup on saturday for the next day,it gave me confirmed time slot for sunday 10-11 am…no one came so i called and they said we are closed on sunday (the app kept msging me pickup is confirmed ) anyways they said will pick next day in same time slot . i had tochekout from my hotel at 12 so i had booked early pickup time . BUT no one came till 11:45 …i called aramex 8 or 9 times but courier never came so i had to leave the package outside the room unattended. courier picked at 2pm app was useless and very bad experience

I have never seen an app worst than this, asking me to update my information, you have all of my information, nothing has changed, so that the update for what???!!! There's no any updates for the tracking!!!! The worst ever!!!!!
