Customer service and support
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service's customer support. The support agents struggle with English communication, and there's no way to connect with a human for urgent assistance – only automated responses. The pre-fed questions don't address specific issues, and email support is painfully slow. I strongly advise against using this service due to its inadequate support system.

Delivery
The package came in wet and soapy and I had to put the clothes in the washing machine. It ruined my shirt.

Unexpected Response
Unexpected and unacceptable rude behavior of the delivery agent, coupled with the slow response from customer support, I have decided to delete my account and will no longer use Aramex for sending or receiving shipments
