I have ceeated a pick up from Dubai which to be delivered to my address in Abu Dhabi. The item collected late because the App does not let you specifically select it is a pick up request eventhough the first adresss entered as Dubai. Finally I got in touch with someone to get the item collected. By Wednesday. Since then the item has not been delivered to my door step. This is the worst courier Service ever I used in my life. For an hour drive between two cities Aramex does not have quick delivery option, instead it took 3 days from Dubai to AbuDhabi, yet the item not delivered. I will never recommend Aramex Service to anyone.

It would be very good if the offices could connect each other internationally let’s say Turkish office cannot connect New York office and cannot get package information. Cannot follow up what the package is doing over there still ? why not sent ? this kind of details they are just forwarding the customers to reach the New York office with only a phone number which is also silly. There is no email they cannot share the email. I don’t know why other than that the service is good.

There are three cargos arriving from the same address to my name and to the same address at the same time. Neither my address nor my phone has changed. You delivered the first cargo on time, the second one with a delay of one day, and it is not yet clear when the third one will arrive, because my address was wrong or you could not find my address. I think you are a company that is very funny and cannot manage business processes. If that's the case, did you bring my other two cargos by spirit summoning? I don't know how many emails I wrote to your customer service. You're a company that can't register a customer's address, and in a small place like Kuwait...

There is an option to call your courier but courier’s phone number doesn’t exist in the app. Which makes whole functionality useless. Good thought bad execution.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered today and when you click on phone icon marked as courier name it transfers your call to customer service but no response! I called them 4/5 times and still don’t know what happened to my delivery! Awful company, use them if you have so much time for wasting

The app charged twice from my account with no confirmation number, saying something went wrong. I called the customer line, scheduled a pick up asked to pay in cash hence no one showed up even though received I am next to be picked up. It is 6:10pm with no one to speak to as the customer service line closes by 6pm and the app or the whatsapp service doesnt have options to ask where the person is and the code received from the customer line doesnt show up any record. Very poor system and hope the charged amount is returned back soon!

I have never seen any courier company who is worser than Aramex. I booked a pick-up service at 9.00 through app, and they haven’t came yet ( it is 16.00 pm). I called 10 times their call center, they did not help me as well.

Tried a number of times in order to sign in for tracking. But no sms sent or no calls returned.
