The app is pretty good, however it is not always updated to show the true status of your delivery and it doesn’t allow me to deliver to primary location in the app but I can using the SMS option.

Unreliable, no collection slow customer care
Booking is easy but then when things don’t get collected it all goes wrong. A customer care team who sits on questions for over an hour. Says things are done but then are not and so packages you are trying to send get delayed.

Aramex put extra charge for my order
Login error
Tracking of the mini van is temperamental. When i open the app it asks me to sign up even though i already have an account, so i login using my details and it says ‘account already exists’.
Doesn’t work
Says it’s going to send a verification code. Doesn’t send one. Can’t log in. Broken.
Very poor service
Communication: -10/10 Service:0/10 Call centre no one to speak to Digital assistant: not working App: 0/10 Representatives: attitude 0/10 can not speak arabic or English, very very poor communicator who doesn’t give a damn about anything!!! 2 parcels with very very service on all levels. Please change the management

Awful
Terrible app. I entered all my details. Everything was loaded and I could view my parcel. I went off the app and everything's disappeared. I can no longer view my charges or my parcel.
