My extra dose of oxygen and meaning of life
I started using Calm 4 years ago. It was part of my discovery mission on mindfulness practices and how they can improve my hectic days and high anxiety episodes. Ever since then, life has brought to me and to the entire Globe so many tough challenges and transformations. I started doing randomly calm sessions, but since I set a goal to make them a daily habit, I definitely saw how they equipped me with the needed skills of creating extra space within and expanding the benefits of conscious breathing for my entire being ❤️ Thank you Mrs. Levitt for sharing it with all humans, seeking pretty much the same things. It's a proof how we are all connected indeed!
Question
Hello everyone! Can you tell me what’s the difference between the offers. I have more that 10 different prices, and don’t know what’s really the different between them. For example I have yearly calm premium for 15 euro, 35, 40,50 and etc. I really like the app and want to make the best choice with the plan!
It deserves 5/5 however..
I love everything about this app. I cannot recommend it enough. But the small things that break it a bit for me are UI/UX related. Soundscapes should be adjustable for day/night automatically. Ditch that swiping to find the content you need (e.g. daily checkins). Very user unfriendly esp on iOS. I would like to be able to personalize the app home screen more. Better widgets too. There's a lot of potential and I hope I'll see it soon 🙏🏻
Helps me maintain my meditation routine
I use the app daily and appreciate many of its features and content. As my meditation practice is longer, I struggle to find different meditations of the right length. I would really appreciate it if we can select the duration for the daily calm - 10 minutes might be the right amount of time for many people but it’s too short for me.

Very expensive, you can find videos/recordings like these for free on internet.

I don’t like how the free trial is a over hundred and that there is only locked things I just want to sleep
This app really made my life better
I’m using it for more than an year now and I can say that for first time I know how to meditate and shutdown and calm myself.
