Very poor service
I purchased one item from dh gate. A brown belt. The wrong item was delivered, a small bracelet. I have tried to arrange a refund but am getting no response from dh gate. They have taken my money and will now not communicate with me. Terrible service. Never use this company.
Scammed!!
Worst app. It is so hard to get a refund. Literally got told to request refund, then seller rejected refund and then shipped the items to which it did not come. Now they tell me to request another refund and I can’t. I can only open a dispute for a refund which they have not yet agreed to and are taking very long. And I can’t even request DHgate support because their process says you must wait extra days. Give me my money back.

أنا عندي مشكلة اتمنى إن تقروون هذه الرسالة لان تعبت من إرسالكم بدون جدوى لقد اشتريت منكم فستان جميل جدا وكنت انتظر بفارغ الصبر ان يصل ولكن وصل متاخر ومن ثم اكتشفت ان الفستان ليس كالمطلوب معيوب اولاً وكبير جدا جدا وظهر اليأس عليه ولكن بعد ذالك بعثت مسج لكم وقلتم ابعثي الفستان لكي نرد لكي المبلغ وكنت فرحانة لأنكم قمتم بالمساعدة لي ولكن من شهر الثاني لحد الان لم ترجع النقود ولا الفستان وكلفني ٦٠٠ دولار استرالي لأني دفعت بالبوست أوفس مبلغ ٥٠ دولار لاسترجاعه لكمً وتقولون لم يصلنا اي شي وسوف ابعث لكم صورة من البريد الذي رسلته لكم إذا تحبون بذلك للتأكيد اتمنى منكم المساعدة او حل هذه المشكله رجاءا مع الشكر والتقدير

Do not buy from this site
I’ve tried to contact the company I purchased from and the site doesn’t allow me to send my request for a refund , the clothes are cheap Chinese rubbish . I bought a medium size skirt which is small enough to fit a 6 year old .I'm normally a small in women's clothing Such a complete and utter waste of money and lack of support after you receive the goods . Typical Chinese site . Once they have your they couldn’t careless about the customers !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Bad seller and awful website
I bought a Snickers and notified the seller of the cancellation after 10 minutes. After one month, I still haven't received a refund. The seller is not responding to my messages, and I have no way to contact them. I believe this website is not secure and doesn't value its customers at all
Lazy fake seller
I order a bag paid a huge amount of shipping cost and it’s been a month didn’t even provide a matching tracking information when I send a massage to seller didn’t even bother to reply me it’s a fake seller
