Worst experience at DHgate , never ever buy products from this app, no proper support from seller, unable to raise dispute as well. Kind advise don’t buy anything from this app
I ordered a goggle and it comes with a scratch. I raised a dispute and they agreed to give me refund. Here comes the interesting part - they sent me mail and also message in their app that refund has been initiated and within 15 days, I will receive. I checked with my credit card but no refund has been made. Then I reached to dhgate support and what I have got it, they gave me a coupon and that has been expired!! What a super scam👏🏻

I didn’t have like that app which one can order from china or other countries but really this app is really helpfull to order from china..I have the ordered and i am very happy with the delivery and get before placed my order from estimate delivery time.
Reliable
There are definitely some great deals on the apps but you must be patient to search for them. Also the delivery time is not very praiseworthy but the orders do get delivered and most of them are worth the money.
