Really easy to use app and u can find a lot of things on it. Found everything i needed and they arrived great! I always read the reviews for the product and it helps me a lot, Also the pictures are really helpful shipping its pretty Fast and overall it all works great!
Dissappointment , Scammers
I didt received my item what i have paid for , i dont like your customer service , didnt helped my at all , he said that i should manage with parcel center but the parcel center told me that they cannot give me information and i should contact the seller ! I am tired of waiting ( 3 months ) .

Very nice site
No Customer service; no warranty on products
Everithing is good until you have a problem. Be aware if you buy electronics or similar items. I bought one item I Could not use one single day; you have no warranty and DH Gate does not help you in any way. Customer service can be improved to be of a use. It can be used just for small or cheap items. P.S.: After posting this reciew I receive a message from DHGate concerning my order. Should I receive a sign from them that Customer rights are respected, I will update here accordingly.
It’s a scam!!!
Be careful - the app is a scam! Do not buy from here! They reply here asking you to contact Customer Service but they never reply to those messages!! Don’t trust these thieves! NOT TO MENTION THEIR CHAT SUPPORT ASKED ME TO SEND A PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD!! Thieves and not even hiding it!!!!! —- As I mentioned above, they answered asking you to contact them - typical copy paste reply, which I did and NO ANSWER. Stay away from them!

i use one time dhgate ! and i will never ever do again!!!! i try to buy a wach and u toke my money for the product and never saw any clock in my hand!!! plus this was not enought.. u toke another 70 ron from my account for solve the dispute!!! thief!!! i will never recomand this site ,plus i will try let all the people find out about this bad experi nce with dhgate ! :(
