Terrible customer service
Did not receive my order and tried to contact them though app… through email and apparently no one cares… terrible costumer service…. They said they send my order but they never did… very disappointing

be careful which seller you buy from
i have bought from sellers on dhgate whos shoes have lasted/ stayed in tact even after i threw them away. Recently i have bought from a few sellers whos shoes did not last light wear. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE TWO SELLERS BY THE NAME “og_topmine” AND ALSO “ fashionmans” aka Retro Shoes. THEIR SHOES COME APART AFTER LIGHT USE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR EVEN GIVE YOU PARTIAL REFUND INSTEAD THEY WILL TRY AND GET YOU TO “PLACE A NEW ORDER WITH A DISCOUNT” NO THANK YOU. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME I HAVE HAD THEM AND WORE THEM FOR THIS LONG OR THAT LONG AND I ADVISED THEM I HAVE OTHER SHOES I WEAR. I WORE THEIRS LIGHTLY AND THEY CAME UNGLUED AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY SO JUST A HEADS UP TO ALL YOU SNEAKER HEADS OUT THERE ON THESE SELLER SCAM ARTISTS. update 8/13/24 another seller whos shoes dont last goes by the store name “fashionmans” aka retro shoes. DONT NOT BOTHER WITH THESE TWO SELLERS THERE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND DONT LAST. just some friendly advice if your looking for replica J’s you have to order the more expensive ones that are $50 + i have come to realize the glue on these shoes stay in tact. these two sellers sell their products cheap cheap and give you exactly what you pay, which are shoes that come apart after minimal use.i didnt think their was a difference but now i know.

Seller will not ship my item and dh gate will not refund I have disputed this with my bank at this point they are scammers

Listennnnn, if you’re down for a good deal and aren’t superficial shop with the gate! I’ve been shopping with them for years and they’ve never let me down! Soo many discounts and savings that you wouldn’t get if you paid for the actual item. I’m convinced these are the real items only haters will argue that they aren’t.
