Be cautious when ordering

Some sellers are response and others are non contactable. Managed get refunds for 2 orders that didn’t arrived. Calling support staffs on phone with chinese and then follow up English thru Messager Apps. Refund process very slow. Overall Apps feedback: Be cautious when ordering from Sellers…

Order not received and no way to raise a refund or dispute as it asks to wait for 10 days from d delivery date but no such date

Warning for Singapore user

Lose $20-$50 for every refund because of bank currency exchange rate and service. Ordered the dress. Sent me a very different dress. Seller told they will give for refund fee. It’s s$30 to return a dress. But for the return freight refund, you will get DHpay only. You will not get your money back. Every $200, you will lose $50 if DHgate sent you the wrong dress or lose $20 if the seller fail to deliver the order. I lost about $100 for 3 orders. Not recommend this app. Very dangerous.
