Warning. There is no help from the support, seller promised 1-3 days delivery. Its already been more then 2 months and i didnt get my money or the expensive product i ordered . Got scammed!! Be careful from this app!!!
BAD APPS ,SCAMMERS,POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND CARELESS SELLERS
This app site is worst and worst I’ve ever downloaded in my lifetime full of seller scammers… The customer service are very bad and you won’t even have where to pick or open disputes directly you will have to go through customer services and the customer services options are very poor can’t even load sometimes and always got lagged, and if you wanted refunded it’s never came through about few days they confirmed first at the apps that I am already refunded but it never came through when I go for customer service all they say is to talk with the bank and solved it…the seller and customer services are very careless they won’t even care about you tho if you ordered something from a careless sellers scammers one thing is for sure they won’t updates you any tracking and will keep you for pending and it’s very hard to communicate with most of the sellers.Even if you wanna try purchasing things be very double careful and do not share any of your credits info because DHGATE itself doesn’t protect your personal info tho!!!.. It was my first time downloaded and purchased in this app and also will be the last time ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL !!
