I would not recommend any seller from this app at all. Placed order with 2 items, one completely cancelled after 1 month and order received with obvious damaged and item unusable. Lodged dispute but DH Gate did nothing but just closed case with US$50. I have spent AU$166 bought an unusable trash items. Extremely disappointed shopping experience and will never buy things from here ever.
Hi, I loved this DHgate shop jewellery. However, I was rejected several times by requesting to send the good to another address. However, I lived in HONGKONG, I haven’t another Delivery address. I felt frustrated and disappointed. When I selected all favourite items and prepared to Check out unsuccessfully. Finally, I was rejected by the DHgate payment invoice system. Please confirm and advice Thanks
Can I trust DH Gates? I am beginning to worry. 1 month after my order, it’s no where to be seen, the delivery status was last updated 15 days ago, when I ask the seller, they say not to worry. IF it finally arrives, I am hesitant to ever use it again. Finger crossed
The app doesn’t let you state you are unhappy with the product after delivery. It forces you to state you are satisfied before you can complete the process.
Nice app with stripe payment.
The seller disappeared and the customer service is not giving help, I lost 700 dollars. Money deducted from the card without giving it back to me. I have complaint many times that the seller didn’t give me the product and they are selling fake product. The customer services cover up their wrongful act and put me aside. I m helpless 😭😭😭 I need to complaint to Apple customer service about this app...
