Ive offloaded the app and redownloaded it for hundreds of times now. It logs me out all the time and I wont even be able to log back in. Ive created several accounts because of this bug. Only using the website now, but i need to save everything in my wishlist first, because the items in my bag will be refreshed out if i left it for too long!

bring it back to the classics rather than all this overpriced stuff

The amount of times I’ve had to keep logging into this app can. It’s also so glitchy never had a problem with any other app the way I have with this one

I ordered a dress it was like 7 feet tall and I bought shoes and they gave me 2 right feet and it won’t let us contact them

Since the rebrand the clothes are way more expensive and way worse quality, not entirely sure what PLT is trying to achieve, I’ve shopped here since 2020 and since seeing how basic,bland and cheap looking the new items are I’m done with shopping here. Disappointed.

It’s so long to browse on an iPad, please give the option to view more than 2 items whilst scrolling we need to see at least 3/4. Please refer to Zara’s app ta

I was optimistic about the rebrand looking at the styles and pricing, however made my first order since the change and I am massively disappointed. The quality is absolutely shocking, pricing does not support it at all and a very funny smell from the clothes. Not impressed to say the least and every item is to be returned, lost my custom!!

This used to be my go to for clothes perfect for my age group. Since the rebrand, it’s quite obvious the amount of people unhappy with it. PLT will lose a lot of customers to competitors. Boohoo, ASOS etc
