My order is pending simce 2 weeks , they show out for delivery but no one comes for dilevery . Given full address and contact number still they fooling

It has been more than 4 days and I haven’t received my pack station activation code yet. Didn’t answer my calls or emails when I needed help and now I got notified they would send off my parcel back to the seller because its the weekend and as usually they don’t work on weekends. Idk why they have pack stations if it’s a big deal, pack stations are more like a scam.

Their behavior has been unacceptable, as they have displayed arrogance and rudeness. Furthermore, they have refused to deliver the item to the designated location, instead demanding that we collect it from their location. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional.
