DHL Express Mobile App

I receive occasional packages via DHL, I thought it would be handy to get their App so I could see what’s happening with my parcel. Well guess what, this App only supports certain categories of DHL parcels. Never the ones I get, so I can’t get any info about them. Complete waste of time.

Getting iPad to suggest and save new password does not work. Probably does not work on iPhone either. Big market to annoy / frustrate.

I am working and took a day off to accept delivery I tried calling no response logged a complaint but no response waiting as it is for a government document

I sent a gift from Ireland to Brazil, and the product arrived there quickly, so in order to deliver it, it was stuck in a carrier in Brazil for about 2 weeks and for them to make the delivery I had to pay once more, even though I already had paid here in Ireland, and when they deliver it they say they couldn't deliver it as there is a doorman there to receive the orders and the person who would receive it was at home, and the delivery man didn't even call the person who would receive it and the address was zip code and the telephone number of the person who would receive it were all correct, and they didn't even make a second delivery attempt, and the next day the delivery came to the place of origin and they say that there is no one at home, whereas there are always people at my house and the people who were at home went out to receive the package and he said he was at the front and he wasn't, I had a terrible job with DHL, it was disappointing.
