Updated my info and still delivery not delivered and struggling to come to the house that other courier service been delivering always … no changes with this app

Just print the detail need customer run here run there whatever so big outlet what thing also cant do

I’m logged into the app and can do a search of my waybill but it doesn’t seem to add it to the section of deliveries coming to me. I have to keep manually searching everytime to see updates. I’ve reinstalled the app several times and still same problem with this current update.

I have my email and mobile number already registered as a DHL Express+ user and it can’t be used here. Fine. So I was to register for a new user then. I can use another email but my phone number can’t be reused. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ How then am i able to use this app??!! And even so if I am trying to register with another mobile number, the interface on my iPhone is completely broken that I can’t even complete it (keyboard blocks the form button, interfaces get frozen and can’t pick a different country code for the mobile, etc etc) one wonders if even anyone at DHL actually tries to test and use this app themselves.
