App having issues

I’m logged into the app and can do a search of my waybill but it doesn’t seem to add it to the section of deliveries coming to me. I have to keep manually searching everytime to see updates. I’ve reinstalled the app several times and still same problem with this current update.

App is completely useless. Can’t even sign up and log in

I have my email and mobile number already registered as a DHL Express+ user and it can’t be used here. Fine. So I was to register for a new user then. I can use another email but my phone number can’t be reused. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ How then am i able to use this app??!! And even so if I am trying to register with another mobile number, the interface on my iPhone is completely broken that I can’t even complete it (keyboard blocks the form button, interfaces get frozen and can’t pick a different country code for the mobile, etc etc) one wonders if even anyone at DHL actually tries to test and use this app themselves.

Cheating money

Buyer paid Rm47 for the shipping. My product only 2kg product dimensions only 100cm foldable into half U overcharged me into 22kg charged excessively total sum shipping fee RM169.90 !!!! Cheating my money not willing to refund such a shameful
