Very complex for person using the App for first time.

Very Disappointed was less than 700m . I asked him to wait for me he refused. And on the App it’s says the whole day . Was expecting to receiving call from driver then we arrange time other telling me you at my house and you are not willing to wait for few minutes

It was easy creating a booking for a pick up

Sign Up doesn’t work .. verification code text never arrives on phone.

Service is unbelievable when it comes to your e-commerce shipments. It truly is pathetic. I was forced to use DHL and trust me it will never happen by choice again. You get one start because there is nothing lower than one star.

A bit disappointing that one cannot select a pickup point outside of South Africa. I need to get a parcel collected from o erases a d delivered to me, locally.

Once you manage to get into the tracking it is clear where your parcel is

The inefficiency that I have experienced by DHL is shocking - order was delayed in processing : no feedback received after repeated emails and phone calls. Parcel still not collected and no update given. I posted a complaint on their website which has not been acknowledged nor responded to. Really bad service while I still await collection of parcel. Not what I expected from a global company/ really disappointed
