Sign Up doesn’t work .. verification code text never arrives on phone.

Service is unbelievable when it comes to your e-commerce shipments. It truly is pathetic. I was forced to use DHL and trust me it will never happen by choice again. You get one start because there is nothing lower than one star.

A bit disappointing that one cannot select a pickup point outside of South Africa. I need to get a parcel collected from o erases a d delivered to me, locally.

The inefficiency that I have experienced by DHL is shocking - order was delayed in processing : no feedback received after repeated emails and phone calls. Parcel still not collected and no update given. I posted a complaint on their website which has not been acknowledged nor responded to. Really bad service while I still await collection of parcel. Not what I expected from a global company/ really disappointed

The app is saying shipment received when I did not receive my shipment

Hi. When trying to register the activation text never arrives. I registered online but those login credentials don't work on the app. I have to track a package as a guest.
