When I try to pay the meal, the app can’t process the payment, shown something ran wrong and asked me to use other payment methods. I had tried credit card, debit card, apple pay and pay pal. All of the payment methods doesn’t work. And I do the same thing on the website, same problem occurred. People reported this problem since Oct 2022. Seem that no solution provided and no one fix the problem.
They always charged extra without showing on the receipt and agents are not helpful and rude when you ask for help - keep disconnecting the chat when they don’t have a solution regarding to my question. Recommendation: DO NOT USE THE APP otherwise check your bank ac every time you made a payment!

The Dashers never keep your food in the insulated bags. You end up having cold meals. The customer service is one of the poorest!
