DoorDash - Food Delivery

I ordered food and they brought the wrong order 1st and then never returned with my order. Customer care just canceled the order and gave credits instead .

The customer service of DoorDash has been dreadful. My order did not come at all. The customer support was no help. They would direct me to the restaurant and the restaurant would direct me to DoorDash. In this game of catch, I lost $20. Please think twice before being a membership. There is no grievance redressal mechanism.

They deducted my fees for DoorDash pass when I never subscribed to the same . I ordered twice and I was just charged without being delivered. Lastly your card details especially your CVV etc… is not safe . Please request you to uninstall this app immediately right away .

Very good app and I really like that scheduling feature for delivery and add on option is great Great option for specially someone sitting abroad to order for someone overseas

This was my first order on door dash. My was delivered by the delivery agent to a different location even though my address was updated correctly. Within 1 min of delivery I called the delivery agent he didn’t pick up. I immediately called customer care. They told they CANT ISSUE REFUND and escalated to specialist team. After following 4 times for an update I got an update saying they Issue refund without any proper reason. I again called the customer support team and asked for a valid reason which they didn’t have and they simply kept saying we can’t do anything further as the specialist team has denied the request. PLEASE DONT ORDER ON THIS APP!!!! THERE IS PROPER SUPPORT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG….

Surprisingly this app doesn’t deliver stuff on time at all and on top half of the time they get cancelled at the end

Order food from a restaurant I usually order from but this time the order was sent to an outlet that is literally an hour and a half away!!! And since the order is confirmed by the restaurant I can’t cancel it co I won’t get a refund. So I can’t do anything but wait for and hour and the poor dasher has to carry the food all the way.

I ordered food at 10 PM. I got assigned a “dasher” who did not speak English. He kept saying that he is downstairs, close to 2 hours after ordering food. I had to speak to 7 different people to guide the dasher to my apartment in midtown manhattan. After I somehow found the delivery agent, I noticed that the dumplings I had ordered were hard and inedible. The dasher kept calling my number even after delivering the food. Even after contacting customer support, and after all this, DoorDash did not even refund a quarter of the bill I paid for my food. Moreover, they charged me for $96 for premium membership the last time I ordered, I had to get that charge reversed after several calls with customer service. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s more convenient to contact the restaurant directly and request them to deliver the food or pick it up instead of using this app.
