Worst app I’ve ever used
The service tell me that they promise to cancel this order and after two hours they still delivered the food ? What a good app full of dumbest customer service
Nightmare
First purchase attempt and this app refused our THREE cards from diff banks, and got me block two (no issues whatsoever before), so the next days I spend hours on the hotlines trying to unblock them. NOT RECOMMENDED

There’s no icon on the top left for my app in the instruction. I tried to cancel the doorpass but can’t find where to do it so I was being charged!

You use this app to pay for the driver to eat your meal. And you won’t get anything, the customer service is useless. They won’t take photos after delivery, ubereats will!

Useless app
When I tried to open this app today, it appeared error, error, error, and it’s busy at the moment, please try again after 2 seconds. It’s been loading for hours without shouting a thing. So useless and unreliable
Poor system design and customer service
Successfully made an order at 30 minutes before restaurant closed. The system shows the order was accepted and the restaurant was preparing my order also has the dasher’s name on it. But after an hour waiting got information which is the order has been canceled due to the restaurant closed. Chatted with the customer service and was told that the restaurant never accept the order at very beginning. If that so, then should not tell customer the order was accepted and also charged the customer before order was accepted then causing the customer needs to wait 5-7 days to get refund for a “non accepted order”
