Not sure if it’s just the bike thing or what but my dasher yesterday was on a bike in the same spot for over 30 mins I called them no answer about 2 mins later they changed dashers waited again it said the dasher got to the store then they changed dashers again so I canceled my order now DoorDash refuse to refund my money

Coupon Misleading

Cardsfan129 on

United States

Great coupon…went to use….made sure it wasn’t expired. Read the fine print. Went to place an order and sing coupon and it was for new DD customers only. It doesn’t say that on the coupon. Very misleading.

Satisfying!

Door Dash is a very reliable service. I would like to shake hands with whoever made this app. 🫡

Robbed me blind

sfhjfgj on

United States

Had me pay in total: $99 (including tip) and 69 dollars in credits for 3 meals 1 small one which was perfect. 1 which was someone else’s food. 1 which was canceled by the restaurant and was missing the giant margarita! Which was supposed to cost in total $111. There’s a difference between the two numbers that I am not getting back.

Horrible at all services

Told you I was serious on

They will rob you for your money in not care about what happened to your order or whatsoever they only care about either u lying or telling the truth they look at you as a criminal no matter what the case is they will not give you back anything this company needs to be shut down

Weird

I’m curious to know why some restaurants don’t show up on my DoorDash but show up on my dad’s DoorDash app. Exact same address and everything.

Customer service gets worse and worse

ShwamySawr on

I very rarely have issues with an order, so one would think when I do, DoorDash would take care of it promptly. 1.) The in app “help” feature never offers a full refund, just partial “credits” you can only use in the app. For instance, I spent $18, and was offered only $5 in credits, despite what I ordered being totally ruined and a huge mess I had to throw away. 2.) I call the number, which I had to google. I tell them I don’t want partial credits, I want a full refund because my order was completely destroyed and I had pictures to prove it. It’s never been that hard to get a refund through DoorDash, but like I said, I rarely have issues so I guess a lot has changed. The customer service person said, however, she can only make a “note” to a “special team” to review my claim. And that they decide whether or not I get a full refund. So then what’s the point of having a customer service representative if they can’t even help anyone? 3.) she tells me I’ll get an email an HOUR LATER telling me what the decision is. Lo and behold, guess what, they gave me CREDITS NOT A REFUND. I had dashpass for years. A very loyal customer. And I deleted it completely. I hope this company goes under.

Price

My orders have been charging my card more than the app says when I submit my order

bullsh*t

ms.gvo on

the dasher are always stealing and running off with the food doordash does nothing about it. they always want to issue out credits instead of giving people they’re full refund i was a loyal dash member until a dasher named valerie who i’ve complained about multiple times continued to steal my orders. I’ll never pay there subscription again I recommend uber eats because they can’t confirm the order is dropped off without you giving them the code so nb can run off with your food.
