absolutely poor service. don’t listening are customers
Terrible company
It’s overpriced, the workers do not receive the tips, your account gets easily hacked because of common data breaches, you are not able to delete your account, you are not able to remove your payment information, the customer service is non existent.
Not satisfied
I was reffered by a friend and he was supposed to $20, and I $10. Didn’t happen. I reffered two friends and nothing happened there either. I will not be using doordash after free delivery is done. I have not gotten what I was promised and neither have my friends. Thank you.
Authentication failure
Authentication not working while using VPN, which by the way is an industry standard recommendation when on public wifi. This is the case for both the app and web, so clearly some misguided misuse protection. One star for forcing users to downgrade security to log in.

This place should be shut down total scam plus they mess your order up every single time and they will rob you
DoorDash is stealing your card
DoorDash is stealing your money By charging your card without you even ordering or in your cart and it doesn’t also not allow you to delete your debit card
