I’m new user for the app, and this is my first order, I requested a juice and they sent a McDonald’s happy meal 🙂!!! Then they told me to take the order instead of the juice, really funny ?!!!!!! And I’m trying now to reach them but no answer.
I don’t have my old phone number which is on the DoorDash app. Called support and they said create a new email id. How dumb and stupid is that? Decided not to use these fools. Waste of my time.
Given the weather & lack of grocery stores in walking distance, this is a great service. Also wide variety & easy to use & reasonably priced. Thanks to driver’s & delivery staff for giving us service.
Stupid solutions… person ordering food, driver passes home, have to wait for food one hour, then refund is done and time waisted. Worst kind of service and solutions… deleting app as soon as I get refund

Better than Uber Eats
My first order with door dash and my order got delayed by an hour and later it said delivered even though it wasnt delivered… very bad customer service no follow ups nothing simply they credit the money… then again you have to wait for 1 hour for other order to get delivered if IT DOESNT GET DELAYED OR CANCELLED
There must be better offers with higher discounts

The driver delivered the food to my door, took a picture and put the food back in his bag. I contacted support, they didn’t care.
