App is really laggy, and confusing, making my head hurt
Too many hidden fees!
They advertise one price and free delivery for your first order, but then in addition to tax there is a “service charge” to them (isn’t this meant to be part of the delivery fee?), a surprise charge if your order is under $12 (very easy if you are just one person ordering), and you must put in the tip amount BEFORE you receive the service (which makes me feel as though I must pay up front to even hope to receive acceptable service). Hidden fees came to 70% of the total cost of the item I originally chose (not including delivery fee) so I would say expect to spend 2x what the food actually costs on average.
