I use this app under Japanese environment on my iPhone. The translation and localization are not the greatest and sometimes rude. Before thinking about going into Japanese market, hire engineers Japanese QA with globalization experience.

I’m apparently feeding my dasher

Freshdollar4646 on

Japan

I really wanted to like dasher. Whenever I have my food delivered, 7 times out of 10 my own dasher has eaten my food and yes I do get refunded for it but it honestly is such a time waster to have to order the same food with the refunded money. I only use door dash to have medicine delivered to me now since they don’t ever take my melatonin and magnesium pills😂

It is insanely expensive.

Great App, Nearly Perfect

Japan

I love the ease of use of the app; the only thing it's missing is the ability to add notes for specific tasks at any store.

It would be convenient to block places from showing in results.

Some dashers are not good

Tim98754 on

I was a heavy user. I know most of dashers are good, but some of them are quiet bad. And I can not say that door dash agents are capable to manage troubles with those dashers. Agents are usually kind though.

絶対に使わないことをお勧めします。I recommend that you never use it.

I ordered 50$ from McDonald's in Canada, but I couldn't reach my house and contacted the customer center, but I tied it up because I couldn't get a refund. I made more than 10 calls and chats in total, but I can end it on the way. The money hasn't been returned yet. Uber Eats is definitely recommended.
