Not a bad app BUT I can’t believe what they try to charge after 1 free demo. Crazy.
The app that I’ve been looking for!
Greatest app for men! It is straight to the point and easy to use. The information is helpful and the sets of exercises are already pre-made, so you don’t have to waste time on researching what, how and when to do.
App for level axercises
Simple and straightforward app that delivers as promised. Would love to have additional advice / info the exercises.

It has exercises and nice aesthetics, but lacks in content. A bit plain and basic.
Motivates me
I’ve been only using it for a couple days, but it is going good so far. I don’t know why, but the vibration and color clues in this app really help to stay focused and motivated.

So much potential - well designed, easy to use with clear instructions. But after the first 'workout' you are virtually completely locked out. The app should just be a paid app to begin with... having it operate in this manner is a scummy tactic to lure people in.
