easyJet: Travel App

Doesn't have all info about baggage that's why i had to pay 40 euro just for one baggage. Anyway i paid, but they damaged my baggage. Still didn't get money back.

Easy to book flights

Hi EasyJet Can you make sure you update the app so that passport numbers containing letters can be inputted into API. Some countries' passport numbers contain letters eg AA11111 but the app returns an error when inputting that format

I’ve always phoned easyJet to be reliable. They’re cabin staff for friendly excellent prices excellent service keep it up easyJet.

The app is that good it wont even let you log in. Keeps telling me that my details aren't correct when they are so I reset my password for it to then tell me I can’t use the same password as before so I then make a new password and it still wont let me on the app

EasyJet are too expensive with their add ons. It’s a joke that my flight is slightly more expensive than a hold bag actually £6.00 dearer. You can cancel flights for no reason and at short notice. Your customer care well you don’t have any.

Flights initially promised as being about £150 each ended up being £400 with extra baggage, charges for seats etc. App kept glitching, it positively bullies you into paying for a large cabin bag (and the free cabin bag allowance is ridiculously small). You even have to pay to get a seat - and that changed when we got the checkout bit! I understand and believe that we should pay a good price for air travel - it’s a major contributor to global warming and we should think carefully before boarding a plane. But I haven’t been on a plane since 2019 so I don’t think I’m overdoing it and this booking process is dispiriting and awkward. Just tell me what the flights cost and I’ll pay it - this step-by-step gradual squeezing of the customer for a bit more money and a bit more money feels like being slowly and meticulously mugged. I hope some future government finds a way of regulating the air industry to make it more fair, honest and both customer and planet friendly. Ghastly experience. Miserable way to kick off a long awaited holiday.

No big deal, the whole experience was very easy and painless. I can say that everything with easyJet app is very simple!

Can’t open last minute deals page just goes black same for most other pages. Could have flown somewhere by now we are looking but app makes it impossible to do anything.
