EasyJet check-in. Options to improve
Hello, My spouse booked my flight. I wanted to check-in via the EasyJet App on my phone. In doing so I wanted to add an extra luggage. When I introduced my bankcard data it kept giving me an error as the name did not correspond with the booking. I had to ask my wife to add an extra luggage first and then I could check-in via the App. This is not practical and outdated. This I would recommend you to improve. Thanks

Al jaren nemen wij vluchten van Brussel naar Nice met kindjes . Telkens voor een eerlijke prijs en met garantie! Vluchten zijn steeds vlot en proper!
Potentiel amélioration
Très bonne application pour les fonctions de base habituelles : enregistrement, suivi du vol etc Points d’amélioration : le changement du vol Il faut en effet re encoder sa référence de vol : perte de temps, stress alors qu’il faut faire vite en cas d’annulation Le changement de vol pour un des deux ou plusieurs passagers inscrits sur une même référence de vol : impossible Il est nécessaire de prendre contact avec EasyJet ce qui est « Mission Impossible » Le suivi d un « claim » : demande d indemnisation par exemple. Le menu devrait permettre un suivi du statut et des informations diverses André

Toujours aussi satisfaisant de voir une compagnie autre que RyanAir qui puisse rayonner auprès du grand public.
prix bagages et choix de siège - manipulation
Lors de la procédure de réservation, l’ordre de choix de siège et d’ajout éventuel de bagages est conçu de telle manière qu’on est pratiquement forcé à choisir les options les plus coûteuses (ou alors voyager sans bagages). Plus d’options, qui pourraient permettre de voyager de manière plus adaptée à ses besoins et à un prix moindre sont affichés bien plus tard, ce qui oblige à tout recommencer en prenant le risque que le vol choisi ne serai plus disponible. C’est une pratique commerciale, typique de compagnies dites low cost, elle est scandaleuse.

Impossible d’installer la mise à jour car elle est trop grosse (128Mo pour corriger quelques bugs !?) Et impossibilité de garder l’ancienne version. Pas terrible comme expérience client.
