Keeps turning notifications on with each update.

I turn notifications off. A few days later I do an update and the notifications are turned back on trying to sell me this, that and the other clogging up my screen. Use Ryanair instead. I don’t have this nonsense when I update their app.

I turn notifications OFF. When app is updated (which happens regularly) notifications are automatically defaulted back to ON necessitating me wasting time turning them off again……every time This is happening in years. Travel with Ryanair instead, at least they respect your wishes regarding notifications.

Change of date

I made a error in my original booking date of my flight and changed it within 2 hours and I was charged €70 extra . I feel this was a bit over the top charge.

I am not impressed booking reference has letters in it and it won’t accept it. Difficult and uncomfortable to navigate!

Your bag options are not beat clear. You need to be more specific with on board small bags or check in small bags.

I had to rebook flight and book a hotel for 4 nights with my two children in Nice as we mistook flights time on 21st June to Belfast from Nice we arrived at 17:00hrs thinking flight was at 7:35pm and not 5:35pm we didn’t realise this until going through security while scanning our boarding passes I asked could they contact the gate to let them know we were there but they said it’s to late we went back to check in desk but they wouldn’t do anything to help I was left stranded in Nice and nobody at easy jet tried to help including customer care by telephone I had to rebook online

I’ve booked to fly Glasgow to Belfast on 2nd of March. I can’t print a boarding pass because I have no booking reference. Do you send an email with that detail? When?
