Useless airline
Useless delay the plane every 10 minutes. Wasting time going too the gate then being told go back to the waiting area. They can’t check passports correctly. Absolutely useless

NOT user friendly!!!!
Feel a little bit ripped off
The tickets were I wanted were going for 70£ the previous night, fair enough I didn’t buy them. They went up the by the next night, fine. I tried to buy them at 78£ but it wouldn’t process my payment after trying twice. So I waited a couple hours before trying again and the price went up again to 90£ which it was then able to process on the first try.. Kind of disappointed with today’s transaction, feel like I should’ve been given the earlier rate as the transaction wouldn’t go through.

Worst service EVER!!!!!
Arrived just after 06:00 at the airport (I can prove it) to see a line out of hell! I enquired 3 times for assistance when I saw that we were running out of time for a baggage drop-off. No assistance offered whatsoever and was ignored. Rude assistant! Eventually arrived at the counter just in time due to help from other passengers who made way for us. Whilst loading our baggage the flight was closed and simply told to go book another flight. You do not deserve to be in business with this attitude, undermanned staff and rudeness. Never again! I am from South Africa and will make it my mission to communicate this situation to any channel available to me. Dietrich Gerber +27824511524 PS I will probably not hear from you again.

What a great tool for booking a trip to who knows where, I just love this app. Thanks to the app I have booked window seats on 3 flights in October from Gatwick to Venice, then Glasgow then to Nice. My previous trips were Gibraltar, Barcelona, Copenhagen and Edinburgh. What a great airline.
