Suddenly German langusge
Have no idea how this has happened. I don’t understand German and now the app is useless. How can it change from English to German by itself? I’ve made no changes anywhere.

My lost souviner last Aug 1,2018 TXL-OSL. I reported it immediately to the staff in the aiport. I was in the check inn baggage. Then they just refer me to my travel insurance to compensate the amount of the souviners I lost. But my point is. They can just look to the aircraft to find if there is a plastic full of souviners. Because money cannot replace the souviners i bought in different country/city :(
Ux tip
I don’t like that the seat choice seem to be compulsory! It is a perfect example of using a dark pattern to make user pay extra for choosing a seat. Besides that the app is good and easy to use.
