I paid extra to sit in 12A and then today the day of my flight my boarding pass shows I am in 16D! Very disappointed especially as I’m travelling with elderly parents who are in row 11!!

And zero help provided. Just an error message. Hugely stressful. Zero support.

The best App and site to navigate around

Each year I’m back in Europe for 4 weeks and always use easy jet to get around. So will continue to use them.

I clicked 2 bags for hold. Should have been one but I haven’t been able to change it. I clicked on 15kgs & changed my mind to 23kgs and forgot to delete the 15kgs. Could you fix this please and refund the extra I paid. Sorry this is not a review but don’t know how else to tell you. Thanks. Bkg no EWPKX5T
