I collected 3000 gems over several months and they gave me only 3 stars poor heroes and maybe 1-2 four stars. I am angry. You sucks

Devs help im typing my code so i can switch to ios and it tells me i must update the game but there is no update

I deleted the game several months ago, and I decided to give it a try/see what’s going on while I’m away. The result: ridiculous amount of new characters, non-balanced compared to the old ones. I guess the money hungry companies can take notes. Because this game is a complete example of how to milk the users.

At the beginning the game was very fun and I was playing it with pleasure!!!Now it’s a factory for money and they(the admins and owners)are very greedy and everything is for money

I’ve been playing for a few years now. There are dozens of things you can do, you can advance perfectly without paying.

The support team is incompetent and unable to answer a simple question: can I unlock new Epic troops through Hero Academy, Retrain Epic Troops. So far in the past six months I have been getting only troops I already own. And it’s fine if there is such a restriction, as long as it is clearly stated. If there is no restriction, then it might be a bug no one reported due to the long wait times: 1 week for each retrain. The game keeps crashing when I try to watch ads. No solution provided. They repeatedly tell me to reinstall the game, restart my phone, restart the game and check my Internet connection, all of which I did, but it doesn’t help.
