I play 2 years this game... and after all this years without even one time summon 5*, I put money, actually I put 70€ and as you guess I don’t even spawn again 5* hero... I am really mad and for sure the game is pay to win... 70€ is not enough for this company to give you reason to play... you spend lot of thousands if you wanna play this game... I have hear lot of stories about the events summons... some guys spend 800€ for take the Poseidon and guess... he don’t take him...

it’s a very grindy pay-to-win game. and an expensive one at that. gameplay is fun and all, but there is no way for you to feel satisfied playing this game unless you pay hundreds of dollars. and it’s not a guarantee too. you cannot earn 5* heroes just playing just as an example. no way but buying lootboxes with a random very low chance to get those heroes.
No 5 stars summons!!!
I'm playing this game for more than 8 months, until now I don't have any 5 stars heroes, and I can't upgrade my 4 heroes to last level(70) the resources to do that, they won't give them to me !!

It is a cool game. But have played for a long long time and can't seem to get a 5 star character. Have so many 4 stars. People started before me have at least one 5 star

Algorithm is a joke
I’ve been playing for a few years now and to see the game intentionally set a player up for utter failure is ridiculous. If it’s a once off or a few times a week, it understandable for algorithms, but to consistently either, flood the board with non playable tiles or to only allow for such a dismal board that you cannot even activate very fast heroes prior to being demolished is just ridiculous.
Unplayable if you return
I haven’t touched this game in YEARS and I wanted to reset bc idk how to play it anymore so it’s all just confusing and impossible to get into. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to delete my account for that purpose and if I do it for another reason, it takes up to 7 days to go through and idk if it will let me start a new account. It’s awful and infuriating because i literally just want to play the game
Lots of pop-ups and screen icons looking to sell
However, surprisingly I really like the game.. which I did not see coming, because on its face I thought it was going to be silly & lame, but it’s very much not. I played it as a reward task for another game, but as I played it from day one I thought, wait a minute now, this game is way more fun than I thought it’d be. Almost immediately I thought it’d maybe become one of my favorite games… a few days later it is definitely one of my favs. If you like light RPGs, hero battling, city building games with a little match-3 puzzle element, then it’s def worth a try for sure.
