The app barely works. I love the cameras and features. But they’re useless without the app working properly. Every time there’s notification there’s a few minutes delay for it to load. That’s if it loads. Most of the time it says failed to load.

Eufy abandons its customers. They stop supporting a device even tho they continue to sell it. The app is terrible. Bugs everywhere. There’s better options out there with better products and customer service. Developer, do not reposting just so you can remove my review. Contacting your support team does NOTHING! Don’t be cowards and remove the negative reviews!

When viewing the events for a single camera, if you tap the calendar, it shows events have occurred on every single day despite no events occurring. Events indicator is wrong on all devices.

Tried dozens of these models. All battery items failed within months but for one. False advertising, poor batteries, I live in the desert for goodness sake. Only two devices can be logged into so you constantly have to relog into them and can not use the internet without first authorizing codes entered from your portable devices. Views are limited to one camera at a time and battery cameras will not stream but for momentary views. Best to only use plug in ones. App feedback not working on iphone but gets frozen on crazy questions and wont page down. If I had it to do all over again, would have gone elsewhere. Cameras mounted that are working will stay for now. Dont bother with the battery doorbell. Its a door buster, dead in days. I could consider their products mostly inferior and software subpar, otherwise ok.

After 7 years my Kuna system was finally becoming unreliable enough that I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately there are very few wall light + camera options on the market, and the Eufy ones seem to be the best option nowadays since Kuna hasn’t released anything in years, and has gone even longer with updating their features. In most ways this Eufy system is an improvement, but in one glaring and extremely annoying way Kuna has Eufy beat hands down. With Kuna if motion is detected a recording is started, and you will receive one notification at the beginning of that detection. There won’t be another notification from it again unless after 45-60 seconds there is still motion, at which point it will send another. The Eufy software is not like this at all. If I walk in front of these cameras I will get a notification that motion is detected every 1-3 seconds until there is nothing moving in front of the camera again. My landscaper mowing my yard triggered over 100 notifications in a span of only 10 minutes. This barrage of notifications buzzing my phone was highly annoying, but because it is also acting as a security system I don’t want to disable it entirely. Unfortunately the only two options with this app are nothing or an unrelenting torrent of notifications. There are no settings for limiting how much time must pass after a detection by one of the cameras before it can send you another notification. This seems like such a no-brainer type feature, so I’m hopeful it will be added in the future. In the meantime I’ll slightly regret my purchase, but begrudgingly allow it to send me a few hundred notifications each day as cars drive by or birds fly around.

My cameras are turning on by their self. One minute it will be off and I’ll be laying in bed and the next it wakes up and it’s pointed right at me I’ve seen this happen on 3 of my cameras now in the last 3 days. Do not get these.

Only wish I have is that they made a widget for quick toggle access to enable/disable cameras as you come and go. Other then that been a customer for several years and have had zero issues.

Remove the annoying constant reminder to grant access to geolocation "always", these reminders do not change my mind.

I’ve been using this app with four Eufy cameras and a video doorbell for over two years. I’m still waiting for geofencing that actually works. I’ve called tech support more times than I can count without a resolution.
