App always crashes
Fix it. All it does is crash. Every time I open a file on this app the app crashes and resets it’s so annoying. And when I can finally get some of the work done, I lose all the work because the app restarts, again. This could be such a great app, but this needs to be to be fixed ASAP. I’m so over dealing with this nonsense..
Magical Files
My files keep magically disappearing.
insane stuff
i have a desktop folder with ghost file that will then move to documents but nothing in it any device that gets restored from mini mac then new comes right back down and under back up on device instead of zero it always is counting some sort of mb or kb of files i don't have in there after desktop file deleted. have to delete file folder completely and shortcuts app completely to stop the crazy stuff . plus the devices name themselves in different languages when doing back ups then go back to " This iphone or This ipad" please fix or i just will never be able to use them if i need them.
Markup crashes the file
I’ve had this issue where anytime I use the markup feature, it will cause my screen to go black and resets the file and deletes any progress I have made from the previous save. I restarted my devices (iPhone and iPad) and I have deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would fix the issue. It didn’t, so I took to Google to see if there was another solution I was missing. What I found instead were people having the same issue dating back to 2 years ago, meaning that Apple has not acknowledged this issue to fix it. It has gotten to the point that I am moving to a different app to preserve my own sanity.
Garbage.
Absolutely Garbage. I download a file and try to open it just to see a blank screen. I’ve never worked so hard to get a simple command - open file.

When I tried to get forsaken ar it was loading slow after 1 hour later I tried to open it and it never work some games work with files
No more image thumbnails.
Thumbnails are gone. No more thumbnails at all. Even for common file formats, like jpg or png.
