This app was working fine for sometime then it just stopped, keeps circling around and can’t get my files, it’s so frustrating. Rebooted, uninstalled & reinstalled, deleted files but still does not work . Who can assist?

This app is useless !! And a waste of time

There where some videos that I tried to delete multiple times but every time I tried to delete them . The app would say they don’t exist but why where they still playing?

Without a doubt one of the worst apps Apple has developed. They charge a fortune for “Pro” iPad devices but cannot get a basic file browser to work reliably with cloud storage. Just terrible.

you cant open installer packages

I get a black screen when opening the files app. This is very annoying as I cannot access my files on my phone. Similarly it just closes my onedrive app when trying get to those files. Please fix this issue!

I’ve been trying to open the app for almost two months, it keeps showing me blank pages. None of my documents are visible.

I thought it’s a small problem which I ignored thinking it will go away as I have been using this app for years suddenly today I can’t access all my important documents 🥹like literally my life is in there 😭😭😭😭😭 Seeing and reading the below reviews dated so months and years back that means I must just forget and start over again 😭😭😭😭😭😭
