Dear Apple App Review Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the Apple Files app, an application that is expected to reflect the quality and reliability that Apple promises its paying customers. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Specifically, whenever I attempt to scroll through photos I have downloaded within the Files app, the application consistently freezes and becomes unresponsive after swiping through just a few images. This issue occurs repeatedly, regardless of the device restart, available storage, or iOS version updates. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a critical functionality failure. As a paying Apple customer, I expect seamless performance and professional reliability, not a substandard experience that interrupts even the most basic tasks. It is unacceptable that an essential Apple-native application functions with such instability. I demand that this issue be: 1. Acknowledged immediately as a verified bug within the Files app. 2. Escalated to the responsible technical team for urgent resolution. 3. Fixed in the next update, with clear release notes confirming the correction. Apple customers, myself included, pay a premium price for quality — not for services of mediocre standard. Allowing such a defect to persist damages both user trust and Apple’s reputation for excellence. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a clear timeline for resolution. I expect Apple to treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

I don’t know why, but it’s hard even to find one file in the files, the app organizer it’s horrible, you should fix this, the file app it’s important for many of us, around the globe !!!

I just bought my ipad10 and the App keeps crushing and refreshing from the first page without saving the last thing I write!THIS IS INADMISSIBLE APPLE!THIS APP DOESN’T DESERVE A STAR.

Always crushed when i try to highlight something on my pdfs

There are many issues with app, two things more specifically: 1. Opening or trying to share large pdf files is blocking the app which consequently is blocking the device, I had to make several hard resets on my device ( mini 6) to fix that. Quite buggy experience for a premium price. 2. You can’t copy paste a folder when you do it it just copies the hollow folder with the name and no content files. I trust that the development team doesn’t consider this as a too difficult of a problem and I’m waiting for a fix.

PDFs saved and opened for Files almost always keep crashing and jump to the first page. Even more, the annotation made via Apple Pencil don’t get saved, so you have to re-do them.

Every time I want to copy files from sd card reader to my iPad Pro M1 the app crashes on transfer, after ipad OS update to 16.3 The status bar is also not working.

The main issue I have with this app is that when I open pdfs I get all sorts of bugs. It randomly refreshes and my last highlighted and underlined stuff dissapears, it scrolls to the first page by itself, etc. Please solve this. i would seriously just move to adobe reader but I have too much stuff I already highlighted in this app and I know the highlights can’t be exported and i dont want to lose that

Cea mai slaba aplicatie file manag. din cate am vazut!!! Nu poti incarca pe vreun drive decat cate un singur fisier si chiar nu iti arata tot de pe drive-ul cu care te-ai sincr. La lansare intra acolo unde a fost ultima data - la fel ca multe dintre app-urile ios!!!!
