Disgusting
I have tried deleting files from bin permanently only to have them pop again and again after 5 attempts, I have quit trying to delete them.Extremely disgusting UI , how can Apple say they are the best with File manager like this.

keeps freezing on you, come on apple you can do better improve the files app it has been freezing and crashing for a very long time.
