I wanna see the picture of each item. I wanna try to order the thing I’ve never tried. But, I wanna see the picture at least before ordering.
Annoying app
Such a horrible app,every time I use this app to order, it always waste so much of my time. You choose a restaurant and you want to pay then restaurant is closed or the food you want to order is not available anymore, can’t change phone number.... sooooo annoying!!!
Improvements required
Most of the time foodpanda doesn’t update the status page. Their support is okay and waiting time varies between 2-10 minutes. Service of foodpanda is getting worse day by day, which means instead of the promised 40 min delivery time you have to wait up to 2 hours!!!
my honest opinion
so the app as such is pretty good, easy to guide through but the issue i have is do you have any standards regarding what kind of restaurants you work with? i have ordered around 50 times the past year, 40 times it has been horribly late (no info before, the restaurants wait 45 min to even accept the order ???) , then the food comes cold but i pay the full price of 200$ (depends where obviously but i hope you get my point) probably 10 times they have forgotten things of my order, when i try to call or text back its too late because the delivery is completed (well not really lol) so all in all good app, but you should remove a few restaurants who are not capable in delivering to your standards.
