Good service but the app is so buggy
Like why does the chat with the delivery guy immediately ends after the order is marked delivered?
Pray everything goes well…
When things go well, it’s a great service, but as soon as something doesn’t work the frustration starts. My delivery was 50 mins late after spending 40 dollars on food. I couldn’t cancel the order or do anything. I missed an appointment because of this and when I expressed the issue to the customer service they really didn’t care. I’ll think twice before using this app again from now on.
