The app needs an option to disable all non-delivery notifications. Delivery notifications are necessary but notifications for offers and feedback are annoying.

I am utterly appalled by my experience with HungryPanda. Not only did they fail to deliver on basic expectations, but their customer service is completely incompetent and unresponsive. Despite being fully entitled to a refund, they have illegally denied my claim without valid reason or explanation. Attempts to resolve this have been met with nothing but excuses and stonewalling from their so-called “support” team. Their practices are not only unprofessional but border on fraudulent. I’ve had to escalate the matter to the Anti-Online Scam Operation Centre, the Thai Tourist Police, and Apple Watchdog to ensure other consumers are protected from this deceptive company. I strongly advise anyone considering using HungryPanda to steer clear. Their disregard for consumer rights is disgraceful, and their failure to uphold basic business ethics is nothing short of shocking. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being cheated and ignored.

As a long time food Panda customer, I had well documented experiences of Food Panda Riders trying to scam customers by either stealing or eating the food they are meant to deliver to the customer, and then when you want to check the delivery box in front of them they don’t let you, and when you insist on opening it in front of them, and you see half your order has either been eaten by the rider or being stolen, the rider will become aggressive, abusive, will start harassing the customer and their family, and will start to threaten money, a criminal act. And when you attempt to report it to the Food Panda management through the app, they don’t even register your complaint, and it’s like you are speaking to a computer, the agent don’t even read such a serious complaint of driver harassment.

Literally the worst food app you can possibly get. I was so excited to be using this app until they were extremely unhelpful when I didn't receive half of my order and would not process a reimbursement for the missing item. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they would not help me at all in giving me a reason. So basically you you're food is cold, wrong, or missing item/s they will not help you out and it is basically your fault! I do not recommend this app sorry.

Whenever the payment page comes, it says an unexpected error occurred. Nothing happens after that.

Just took the time to sign up and install this. My first experience is I can’t even order anything. First place I tried, added food to order and check out, error the place is currently closed?? So don’t recommend it to me then! Restarted the app and now EVERY place says it’s closed until tomorrow??? And a message saying some options are not available to me temporarily?? I’m literally trying to give you money and you won’t take it.

Received food cold and stale after an hour and 45 minutes and no response
