A good app when it works properly but there is a lot of misinformation in their marketing Firstly, the pro option does not offer free delivery, it only gives you a maximum 20 baht discount on the price of delivery so you will pay the difference and this benefit does not apply to supermarkets even if they are only 400 meters from you condo Secondly, a lot of the discount codes listed next to the shops are already fully redeemed, expired or only applicable to certain dishes! Thirdly, delivery prices fluctuate depending on the times of the day and also some vendors are not available for delivery during peak times or when it rains although available for collection. This is very annoying and has often resulted in me just walking to the local night market for food instead As for the vendors, it is hit and miss so I stick to the ones I have had a good experience from I will not be renewing my pro membership as it doesn’t offer enough benefits as it did over previous years

I find Panda very rude and very unprofessional I have switched to another delivery company We place 1000 of dollars a year of orders as we are a office 24/7 I have made it company rule NO panda is allowed to deliver to this address Thanks

On 28th November I order food but the app error something I don’t know my order not success yet but the app took my money (amount6.45$)and they said will return in 14days now more than 14 days not see they return yet please check this. Thanks

My order was cancelled while still in the kitchen for not being able to find my address. A refund was not given due to liability lying with me not providing a correct address. The same restaurant has delivered to my address before. Customer support used copy and paste answers that did not assist at all and ignored all rational conversation. They then ended the chat before I could respond. Absolutely shocking experience. Avoid at all costs.

I placed and ordered mistakenly from the wrong restaurant location. I cancelled within 1 minute and they said no refund, no food. Theft! Support only said no and closed the chat on 2 occasions. Illegal is the first world

Okay so where do I even begin. - I ordered several items from panda mart on foodpanda, they made two hour delay in delivery, delivered the wrong product to me (sent a product im allergic to) - I proceed to make a complaint through support requests and help centre. They claimed to resolve the issue in 24-48hrs. Took them over four days to respond. - They sent an email stating they had refunded me for the wrong item. I open the app. Says session expired. I try to log in again with the same email I always use. Says account newly created. All order history was wiped out. No refund was added to my account. Foodpanda suspiciously deleted my account right after sending me the refund email. - I ask for help again through help centre. They say they can’t help and then end my chat. - I ask for help again through their Facebook. They ghosted me. - Foodpanda refuses to investigate further and refuses to return my money back. I’m so done. If anyone can help with legal actions please help. I can’t believe how awful this company is. I was a loyal user of this app for several years. I’m so heartbroken now, they scammed and took my money. Didn’t even do a re delivery. And deleted my account without warning.

I ordered some food and the rider had picked up the food from the restaurant, he then refused to move for over an hour and would not reply to my messages. There is no option to talk to customer service until your order is delivered or cancelled, you can only talk to the delivery rider while the delivery is in progress. I gave up after some time of him not responding and ordered other food. The rider then messaged me saying he was sorry and that he had an issue with his phone and he was on his way. I asked could I cancel the order as I’m sure it would now be cold after sitting around for over an hour after it had been picked up. The rider apologized again and then I got a notification that the order was cancelled, all good I thought but no refund came. I contacted the support to get an easy quick refund I thought, but they refused to refund my money and said I had cancelled the order after the food had been picked up so it was my fault! The rider cancelled it not me! I tried in vain to explain this but they just stuck to their policy of no matter what the situation is, if the food has been picked up and then the order is cancelled then you get charged for the food and also the riders tip lol It didn’t matter that my food was well over an hour late with no response from the delivery rider and no way to contact the support team until the order is delivered which I was sure wasn’t going to happen and I’m starting to think that this is a tactic by delivery riders to make you cancel your order after they pick it up to get free food… disgusting behavior! Better apps for food delivery available that won’t steal from you!
