I ordered a food and waited for 1 hour and half but the food has not arrived yet. Customer Support was a robot, they never answer my question and they told manually. The problem was never solved. In addition, they hung out chat by themselves. Should I wait my food till next day?? OMG..This is the worst app ever!!!!!!!!! You should use LINE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I placed an order, there was an error on the payment screen and I returned to the order confirmation screen, so when I paid again, the order was duplicated, and I paid for two meals. By the way, I didn't even add it to the cart when I ordered it for the second time. I went back to the order screen directly, so I thought I couldn't pay for it. When I contacted customer service about this matter, they said that there was nothing they could do about it because it had been settled. I used both Uber and food panda in half, but food panda has a lot of problems and the response is often the worst. Uber is trouble-free, which has never been contacted. I will never use Food Panda again. 注文の際、決済画面でエラーになり注文確認画面に戻ったのでもう一度決済したらオーダーが重複し、二食分の金を払った。 ちなみに、2回目の注文の際にはカートに追加もしていない。直接注文画面に戻ったので当たり前に支払いできてないものだと思った。 この件をカスタマーサービスに問い合わせたら、決済された後だからどうしようもないとのこと。Uberとfood pandaどちらも半々で使っていたが、food pandaはトラブル多い＆対応も最悪なことが多いの。Uberは一度も問い合わせしたことないトラブルフリー。 二度と利用することはないです。

マクドナルド徒歩15分で配達。ポテトは冷え、炭酸は抜けている。 パンダプロに入ってても配達料まるっと取られるようになった。

2時間たっても届かない。サービスの質が悪すぎるので退会してアプリも消しました。
頼んだ商品が届いたら電話をしろ。メールは通知が来ないんだよ。それで注文キャンセルされましたとか言ってアプリで注文を頼めなくなったし。終わってる。ガチゴミこんなアプリ使うくらいなら他アプリでの注文か自分でテイクアウトしたり店で食べた方がいい。こんなアプリ使ってるだけ時間の無駄。前回もマクドナルド注文したら別の商品が届いたし。値段は同じ。まじ意味わからない。まず頼んだ住所に着いたら電話をしろ。全員にそう言え。人になにか届ける態度じゃない。適当に仕事するのも大概にしろ。
