Even when you provide them proof of wrong order, they have the nerve to deny a refund. Rude and disrespectful!

It used to be compatible but they for some reason removed it.

Got the wrong order so contacted them with a picture of the wrong item. Said they would get back to me but then just sent me a message saying they wouldn’t go forward with my refund and that they would not be registering my claim. A bit odd in general.

1. I subscribed to pro and two days later my app no longer thinks I am pro?? It works when logging in on the browser but not in the app. 2. The links in the menu of the app seem to be broken. Upon trying to contact the help center with this I just get an error message saying “something went wrong”. 3. There are A LOT of promos that are promised on the cards of each restaurant, but when you actually click on the restaurant there are no promos available. I usually don’t review apps but these issues are really bad. I don’t know if it’s the developers issue or if it’s foodpandas, but since theres no help center I’ll just leave this here.

It seems like a great app. We’re staying in Thailand for a month and hoped that we’d be able to order food with this app, but it only works if you have a Thai number. Hoping for a change.

I order 5 person’s food from a restaurant name “crazy cook” and they only deliver food for 1 person and also without any bread and any side dishes. When I make a complaint about this unprofessional and unethical behavior, foodpanda told me a refund is not possible. They are so unprofessional with their service and behavior, it’s so disappointing to see such a service exists in BD.

I think it was easy to order food, sometimes I never got my order.

I ordered food that did not get delivered (or at least not to anywhere close to the described address. My address description was fine because another delivery to the same address worked well. I immediately reach out via the chat but to no use. They could not help me. I was charged for the delivery but never got any food. When I filed a complaint the company still refused to refund me. I will uninstall the app and use one of the competitors instead.

It is really annoying when you do not receive the food and Food Panda is saying that has been delivered. The picture clearly show a totally different door and address. On top of this there is no support from Food Panda to make it right or to refund 👎

My adress is ok, got a delgivets earlier today but niw the driver drove past me when i stod onside the villa and the restaurant cancelled my order with no cashback….
