They advertise certain vouchers however when you try to use them they never work or say they reach the limit. No point in advertising it then hey?

order is 2 hour late and the only thing we could do was talking with bots that take 10min to reply and help in nothing!! we didn’t even get a discount or something, i advise not to use this

Took 15 min to place order and then they say the restaurant is not open ?? McDonalds is always open it was 12 pm ! Half of the stuff they have it say no delivery on GRAB it’s available same restaurant of McDo in Butuan! Give me Grab it’s much beter !!

New in this town and to this app, all I experienced so far is excellent

0 support from call center. Many of my orders were canceled for no reason Even if the delivery man was near me. Use glovo stop using this app.

I rate one star not on the service but on the app. You tried to implement instant search with each character input. It makes the app totally unworkable. Laggy as hell. Even keyboard input freezes. You query all your data from the server. Then show a waiting icon at least, now half the time it feels as the app just freezes. With each addition of so called enhancement you made it worse. Please think KISS , not only think of new fancy technology. It doesnt work if you’re server CDN is not fast enough.

They didn’t refund my money when they cancelled my order. I paid with card, really disappointed.

Food is very bad seller don’t care customer order is just number and food sometime test like expired, FoodPanda want maximum seller shop but forget quality food find only profitable maximum order same if bad food.

Please can you make it less visual and more organized like hip menu was ? Also the application bugg a lot ...
