foodpanda: Food & Groceries

Hi,Honestly I do shopping from food panda most of the time and it’s really good. But unfortunately I cannot say best cause once they messed up with my order and after complaining about it I couldn’t get a satisfactory response from the support team. I hope they will be more responsive to their complaints,thank you

Fp is the best food app in bangladesh in my opinion and in the past 7-8 years I’ve only had 1-2 issues which is great compared to Pathao and others so if you wanna order food then foodpanda is the best in the market👀

From India. Used FP for a week in Malaysia. Useless app where u have no provision to cancel a food or talk to the agent unlike Swiggy Zomato in India. Even if the order is delayed u have no other option other than to wait and eat at the time FP wants u to eat. Thank God FP is not in India and I need not depend on FP from today.

I’m glad food panda is serving us and rider. Keep in mind to provide quality food and service. Ask your vendor to keep the commitment of freshly cooked food. Thanks Abedin.

Delivery is ALWAYS late, no useful vouchers, prices are way higher for ordering online despite the crazy delivery fees. Money scam.

the app should include every locations

Pathetic customer service people, who are rude and even after taking your money, create a expiring voucher and then don’t renew if you don’t use it Very poor customer service training and management needs to be better

Ordered food from indian restaurant, but after one hour of ordering food panda has cancelled my order and refunded my money. Is it enough? How about I waited for one hour and still staying hungry? As I checked with restaurant they said food was ready but food-panda don’t have driver to pickup. But in the app it was showing restaurant is still preparing. Unfortunately I have placed another order with other restaurant, which usually keep food ready after 30 minutes foodpanda shows that will deliver my order after delivery to other two orders, I have pro subscription with food-panda as well, what the hell service is this? In the Food panda app and website couldn’t find the contact number for help center as well, I can see how safe they are playing.

There’s always a slight delay with their priority order. Utterly pathetic service.

If you’re using this garbage, use something better instead, A crappy system to order food.
